McCann Frank (Frankie): The family of the late Frank wish to express our sincere thanks to all who sympathised with them on their recent sad bereavement. Thank you to all who attend the removal of remains and the funeral mass, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, floral tributes. Thanks to all doctors and nurses of Diamond Medical Centre and Antrim Area Hospital. Thanks to Father Seamus O’Neill who administered the Last Rites to Frank and to Father Christopher McElwee and Father Dermot McGirr who concelebrated the funeral Mass. Thanks also to Father Peter Madden PP for his spiritual support during Frank’s illness. Our grateful thanks to Anthony McBride and Edward James Gribben for the beautiful music and hymns. We appreciate the work of the grave diggers, sacristan and all those who helped in any way. Our gratitude is extended to McCuskers Brothers, Funeral Directors for their compassionate and professional handling of the funeral arrangements. Thanks to the St. Martin’s G.A.C for the use of the hall for refreshments. We are unable to thank everyone individually, so we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of thanks and appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. A Month’s Mind Mass for Frank will be celebrated on Friday 17th January at 7:30pm in St. Mary's, Coolcalm, Desertmartin.

The family of the late Colm McGuckin wish to express their sincere thanks to all who sympathised with them on their father’s recent bereavement. Thanks to all our family circle, friends and neighbours who called at the family home, brought food, mass cards, sympathy cards and who helped in any way during the wake. Thanks to all who attended the funeral. A special thank you to Fr Eamon Graham for the fitting funeral mass and for being so attentive during our father’s final days, Also thanks to Fr Dermott Harkin and Fr Neil Magill for their spirituality and attendance to our father at home during his illness.Thanks to Claire Scullion and the Graham family for their beautiful solo singing and instrumental music at the funeral. Thanks to the Sacristans Patrick Boyle and Tom Magill, Altar Servers, Carpark Attendants and to Fergal O’Neill and all who prepared the grave. Thanks to all the Doctors and Nurses of Maghera Health Centre who cared for our father over the past few years.  A special word of thanks to all the staff in C7 Ward in Antrim Area Hospital and the Marie Curie nurses who nursed our father in his final weeks with the utmost respect, care and dignity. Thanks to Enda, Tom and Ronan McCusker for the professional, caring and dignified manner, and particularly for their generosity on Christmas morning, in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. Thanks to Mary Convery and her team for providing refreshments after the burial. Also, thanks to Lavey GAC / Termoneeny Centre for the use of their premises. We hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our heartfelt appreciation. Acknowledgement for Sally Craig

The family of the late Sally Craig would like to express their sincere thanks for the support and generosity we received during our recent sad bereavement. We thank our friends, neighbours, family and those who travelled long distances to attend the wake and funeral. A special thanks to Father Paddy Doherty, Father Kieran O'Doherty and Father Charles Keaney for calling to the house at the time of the wake. A thanks to Father Dan for his support and prayers while Sally was sick. We would like to thank Father McWilliams who celebrated Sallys requiem mass.

Thanks to Niamh McGlinchey for the beautiful singing, the alter servers, the sacristan, Eucharistic Ministers and the grave digger. A sincere thanks for her carers that look after her. The doctors, nurses and staff of Maghera Medical Centre. Many thanks to Enda & Tom McCusker funeral directors, Magherafelt. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually. The daughters and family of the late May Gallagher wish to thank all who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement.  We greatly appreciate all those who called at the house, sent mass and sympathy cards and attended the funeral.  Special thanks to the staff of wards A3 and A4 of Antrim Area Hospital, the doctors and staff of The Diamond Medical Centre Magherafelt and Niall and the staff of O’Briens Pharmacy Magherafelt.  Sincere thanks to Fr. John Gates for celebrating mums funeral mass and his words of comfort and support shown to the family.  We would also like to thank the Gribben Sisters and Nuala Kelly for the beautiful music during the funeral and special thanks to Pat Bradley and all the volunteers for the beautiful lunch in the Parish Centre after the funeral.  Thanks also to McCusker Brothers for the dignified and caring manner with which they carried out all the funeral arrangements.  As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as an expression of our deepest gratitude.  Mums months mind mass will be on Monday 30th December @ 7.30pm in the Church of the Assumption Magherafelt.

A special word of thanks to all the staff in Cove Manor Nursing Home Ardboe who treated our mother with the utmost respect, care and dignity during her time there. Thanks to all the girls from Homecare who looked after our mother with utmost care and dignity during her last few years at home. Thanks to the Doctors, nurses and staff from Draperstown and Coagh surgeries. Thanks to St Mary's Hall Desertmartin for the use of their premises and to Bradleys outside catering Maghera for the refreshments. The nephew Ronan, niece Roisin and family circle of the late Fr. James McNally would like to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to all who sympathised with them on their recent loss. Thanks to all who called at Leitrim Road, sent Mass and Sympathy cards, donations in lieu of flowers or attended the funeral. Thanks to Cardinal Seán Brady, Archbishop Eamon Martin, Auxiliary Bishop Michael Router, Monsignor’s, Priests and Deacons who attended to Fr. James’s spiritual needs and officiating at the Requiem Masses. Also the friends of Bethlehem Abbey. Ronan and Roísín and particularly grateful to Teresa, Mary and the rest of the extended McKeever family who cared so lovingly for Fr James in his final months. Thanks to the Doctors, the local and Macmillan nurses and local pharmacist Anita Gribbin and staff for their care and attention during his recent illness. Special thanks to Father John Forsythe, for his kindness to Daddy in Antrim hospital. His prayers and blessings were both immense support for daddy and all our family. Special heartfelt thanks to Father John Fox and Deacon Kevin Duffy, for their kindness and spiritual care during daddy’s short illness his wake and always. Thanks to all the neighbours and Ballymaguigan football club for help with car parking during the wake and funeral.  We, the family of the late Margaret McCormack (RIP) wish to express our sincere gratitude to all those who sympathised with us in our recent bereavement. We are grateful to everyone who called at the family home, attended the funeral, sent Mass Cards, letters and sympathy cards, brought gifts or contacted us during this sad time. Many thanks to our very kind neighbours, friends and extended family for their invaluable help, thoughtfulness and support during the wake.Special thanks to Fr. Charles Keaney PP Granaghan, Fr. Neil Collins, Fr. Paddy Doherty, Fr. Kieran O’Doherty and Canon John Kearney for concelebrating the Requiem Mass.  Thank you to Jim B Bradley, Sinead McErlane, Maureen Quinn and the Granaghan Choir for the beautiful music, to the altar servers who assisted at the Requiem Mass and the sacristans for their assistance. Thank you to the staff and pupils of St. John’s Primary School for the Guard of Honour at the school and church   and to the members of Michael Davitt GAC for their Guard of Honour at the church. We extend our appreciation to Fr. Keaney for his spiritual support in recent years and to Eucharistic Minister Maura Quinn for bringing Holy Communion regularly to our mother. Our sincere thanks to the district nurses, Shields Pharmacy and all the Staff of Kilrea Medical Centre for their care and support always. A special thank you to Ann’s Home Care for their dedicated care, kindness and consideration shown to our mother. Many thanks to McCusker Brothers Funeral Directors for carrying out the funeral arrangements in such a caring and dignified manner and to Maghera Memorials who prepared the grave.
